My wife, Elise, and I opened the firm under the name of Gold & Gold in 1992. After a name change to Gold Law Firm and Elise's untimely death in 2007, I am the sole attorney in the firm. Prior to opening the firm for business, I spent eight years associated with a Dallas, Texas law firm.

I practice law with my legal assistant of eighteen years who is integral to the many accomplishments achieved for clients. The firm is located in Plano, Texas, a community that began with a sawmill, gristmill and general store and evolved into an epicenter within the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex for national and international businesses and transactions.

My firm carries an AV rating, the highest legal ability rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and is included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys. Each day, my legal assistant and I strive to meet a preeminent standard for legal representation. I maintain a litigation and an office practice. The litigation practice includes appearances in state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas and, on occasion, in the state and federal courts of other states. 

I have provided effective legal representation to financial institutions, national corporations, small businesses, partnerships, proprietorships and individuals. I am especially proud that my legal ability, professional standing and commitment to excellence are recognized by lawyers statewide and nationally through the referral of complex cases for client consultation and legal representation.
